Y We Act
The Y We Act drama programme is based on teaching fundamentals of drama and basic stage craft, introducing students into acting. Participants have the opportunity of developing language and presentation skills in a fun and non-threatening environment.
Not only does the Y we Act programme provide a great opportunity for kids to develop basic acting skills, it also focus on fun while learning stagecraft, making new friends and building confidence. This programme is open to 10 – 16 year olds.
Y we Act is provided through the school term either as a school programme or as an after school class. Non-residential camps are offered during school holidays with the production of a show as the highlight for the students.
Additional more advanced workshops in improvisation, mime, lighting and directing are also offered.
