The Workplace Learning (WPL) an opportunity for employers to train & trial potential employees specific to their industry or business and trainees upskill and enhance knowledge already gained and put them into practice in the workplace. To take work-ready people and give them a greater chance of securing employment through acquiring unit standards towards a National Certificate.
