Programme Outcomes

Our programmes build both individual and team capacity and capability.

In this context capacity is defined as the ability to do / apply and refers to learning or a skill that has taken place through either completing the activity successfully or participating in the activity and through the debriefing process gaining understanding of how to complete the activity successfully.

In this context capability is defined as the transfer or ability to transfer the learning or skill to another area or context. Capability is enhanced through a debriefing process and the sharing of other “real life” examples that the participant have experienced or would / could possibly experience. Emphasis is placed on understanding the how and what of the experience to enhance transferability to other situations.
