IRL – Individual Rural Learning Programme
This programme is targeted at all working aged benefit groups, including Unemployment, Sickness and Invalids and Domestic Purposes beneficiaries in the rural sector. Students are visited in their homes by the tutor.
The main aim of the programme is to enhance self worth and personal development and motivation, providing good parenting skills, education, literacy skills and drivers licence.
This flexible programme with its motivational and mobile approach increase participant options for further training and employment.
