Catering
Our philosophy of healthy living is not only evident in the various adventure activities; it is also supported in the preparation and provision of healthy meals. Where possible the steamer is used in food preparation and no deep frying methods are utilised. Salt is used sparingly and sugar items are limited.
Fruit are served as snacks and most meals are accompanied by a salad. We gladly cater for special dietary requests such as vegetarian meals, and certain food intolerances such as for peanuts, though some requests do incur additional costs, for example gluten free meals.
A menu is sent to each group to determine their meal choices following booking confirmation. Groups are requested to advise us before their arrival of any special dietary needs or food allergies.
